Totten’s Phoenix branch was issued an occupancy permit in April completing a 7 month build schedule as the General Contractor signed off on the new 20,000 square foot building that rose on 39th ave.

The building will be Totten’s new permanent home to its entire inventory under 8" in diameter and will be a comfortable upgrade to its office staff that spent its first 7 years in mobile trailers.

The site features a drive though traffic flow for quick and easy access along with plenty of additional yard space for the larger structurals that the company is known for. Pat Hale, Totten’s Branch Manager is thrilled with the new digs. “This new home will really put us on the map. Our competitors used to poke fun at our facility. Now, they’ll really take us seriously.”

Zone Commercial was the GC while Valentino-Barthell added the iron work around the facility. A open house is planned for the fall.
